Many aspirants ask me these two questions. And to the answer the latter question, I would say, an aspirant should take into account his peculiar situation. Now next question, which is the best coaching institute? I say all big institutes have become worthless, employing third class faculties to fill their coaching shops located in every village. Self-preparation is good for most aspirants, but if you want to take outside help, study under a well-qualified teacher. Well what is well qualified? Well qualified in this context means, an intelligent man, who not only knows the entire subject-matter but also has experience of the competitive exams.
