They encourage constructive criticism of their work and life. This type of criticism is essential to avoid blind spots and failures. If they find something is wrong they change it quickly. Average people take criticism personally instead of taking corrective measures; they either defend their mistakes or try to attack the critic, and in many cases both. Constructive criticism helps you in improve your products and processes.
