Tension, stress, and excessive worry decrease your productivity and success many times. It also shortens your lifetime on this earth. If a person is very passionate about his work, mild stress for some period is natural, and it benefits outweighs its disadvantages. The impact of mild stress on health is also negligible. You should worry about nothing else if you are using techniques given in upcoming posts and taking aligned action steps. These two things are under your direct control, and you should adopt them without any delay, but other things like results or external circumstances are not under your direct control, and worrying about them is a waste of and energy. Life is short and your time on earth is limited, so don’t waste it worrying about things you don’t control or are useless. Believing in your own capabilities and laws of the universe is must, to achieve a state of flow (optimum state) in your work and profession. If you continuously doubt any of these two things, you will continue to doubt your path and decisions; and this will only result in sub-optimal work and performance. After practicing technique in given in this blog and taking inspired actions, you must relax and enjoy the journey, knowing that soon you will achieve your goals and things will start happening exactly as you want. You must believe that everything will be alright in the end.
