Focus: All that matters - Secret 2.0: Law Of Attraction
Only one world that
can change everything in a person’s life is “focus”. Even if we forget all
other concepts related to success and achievement, we can still do and achieve
anything we want using our unwavering laser-sharp focus.
Focus determines the direction of our thoughts, actions, and
efforts. If we can focus consistently on our goals i.e. things, businesses,
job, work conditions, assets, and lifestyle
etc and ignore everything else, we can realize all our goals with relative
ease. If you want to avoid anxiety,
stress, and unwanted results, you must focus only on the things you want. Your
focus should be so intense and consistent that all other things, especially
things you hate should be virtually non-existent. You cannot get out of an
unwanted situation by focusing on the same situation. If you are working at a
place you hate, and you want to get out,
you should focus all your thoughts, emotions on the place where you want to
work. And this can happen only if you make peace with your current workplace (Situation). If you are not at peace with your current place, you will
consistently think about how bad it is, and how much you hate it and how
desperately you want to get out of it. And these chronic thoughts will keep you
in the workplace you hate and situations
you want to avoid because while you are complaining about your current workplace, you
are not thinking about your goals and feelings related to these goals. And
thinking about the things you fear and want to avoid will bring more things to
fear in your experience. Chronic thoughts of the
things you fear will create vibrations of fear which will further
attract vibrations of fear.
You must give a lot of thinking, attention, and work to the
steps that will bring you closer to your goals. You
must not give much time thinking about
ultimate long-term goal/vision, instead,
you should give most of your attention to the incremental steps in achieving
that big goal. Big long-term goals help us
align our efforts and short-term goals. They provide
us a direction. So you must use long-term goals to direct your daily efforts. Your
actual path to the ultimate goal may not
be straight but a zig zag trail but you sooner or later you will definitely
reach the destination.
