Meditation - Secret 2.0: Law Of Attraction
Habitual negative mind patterns and compulsive thinking can
make clarity of mind a rarity. Optimum solution for this problem is to rise
above the thoughts, and daily 7-minute meditation helps us do this. It also
increases our awareness. Eckhart Tolle in his book “Power of Now” has described
the power of being present in the moment
very effectively.
As Guru Ram Dass says “Be here now”. Being in the present moment and focusing all your mental
faculties on one task is very powerful. So when learning something new or
working on a project you should focus all your mental faculties on the task.
You can increase awareness of present moment and calm your mind by practicing
daily meditation.
Be aware of your environment and use as many senses as
possible when learning something new or working on an important project. For example, you should attach smell, visuals, sounds,
kinesthetic information with the things you are learning.
A 7-minute very effective but simple meditation can be
done following these steps:
Choose a noise-free
location, close doors and switch off all lights. Now sit in a comfortable place
and position (Do not sit in a position that may induce sleep). Now close your
eyes and do not think about any topic. Just let go of any thought that may
come, now and then. To do this you may also take help of breathing process.
Just be aware of your breathing, inhaling and exhaling. Just do this for 7
minutes; you can use a 7-minute alarm on your phone to know when the time is over.
You can modify anything described above according to your situation.
Other than being present in the moment, practice positive thinking. Seeing brighter side of things
is a good way to navigate through the problems. While taking actions expect
positive results. Imagine you have already achieved the results.
