They are highly persistent and resilient. They break their own limits to achieve their life goals. They are also very flexible in their approach to attain these goals. If something is not working out as expected, they fix it quickly. Henry Ford, founder of Ford Motor Co., was very persistent in developing better cars, and broke many engineering limits of that time to develop newer versions of his cars. Similarly, Edison done  thousand of experiments to develop first light bulb ( Long-lasting).
