environment affects us more than we think it does. This is one of the reasons
of low social mobility. According to researches done by sociologists, most
people do not move much further up or down from their birth level in the social
hierarchy. Therefore, if you want to create sustainable changes in any area of
your life, you must change your environment. You must associate with people who
have already achieved your desired goals. You can connect with your role models
easily with the help of social media. You should read what your role models
read, watch what they watch, and behave as they behave. We have to do all these
things because to act like your role
models you have to understand their philosophy first. The old phrase “Garbage
