Words, thoughts, and emotions: Transform your life in 24 hours - Secret 2.0: Law Of Attraction
Changing our thoughts,
change our entire life. So you should adopt the knowledge, thinking, mental
patterns, and beliefs of someone who is
exactly like what you want to be. If you do this, the transformation is inevitable though it will take different time
length in different cases.
You must declare and
visualize your victory and desired outcome every
day preferably in the morning, to set the focus and tone for the entire
day. You should forget all negative memories and thoughts of disappointments,
breakups, failures, wounds, and states of hopelessness, depression, and pain.
These things happened in the past, don’t let them hurt you again and again by
thinking about them.
To get a positive and
satisfying life, you should talk about only positive and satisfying things. You
should use words that give you relief, satisfaction, or happiness.
We must change jour
thoughts to change our life and make it better. And to change our thoughts, we
must change the topics we talk about and words we use in inner and outer
conversations. Being aware of topics we talk about and words we use all day
long helps us in changing our thoughts.
Our thought provides input to reticular activation system (
RAS) and it then focuses our brain and
eyes on the things and situations commensurate to our thoughts. It basically
starts sorting out things, people, events, and tasks based on this input. It ignores all things, people,
events, and tasks that do not match with this input (Thoughts and feelings).
Okay now we know, how
important our thoughts are?, but How do you know if the thoughts and
conversations you are having are right or not?
SPritual teacher
Esther Hicks provide very convincing and succinct answer to this question. She asks
us to be aware of our emotions, as positive emotions signify aligned and right thoughts, whereas negative emotions are results of unaligned thoughts.
Other than this, you
can also check your thoughts by asking questions like:
“Whether this thought
or conversation supportive to my goals and visions or not?
“Is this thought in
harmony with my other positive/good beliefs?”
“Are these thoughts
look life complaints or solutions?”
You have to spend more
and more time thinking about the things and situations you desires instead of
thinking obsessively about things you don’t want.
