Work hard and smart

They work super hard and consistently improve their skills, performance, and results. They think long-term and invest in personal development. They are highly disciplined and their habits are consistent with their goals. Their work ethics and character are far better than the character of average people because they are in business for a long-haul and know the value of brand name. They work very hard in initial phases of their career or business. The majority of the rich people are businesspersons and they work over 60 hours a week until their business venture succeeds. Simple math suggests if they work longer, they can outperform their competitors. They also increase efficiency and effectiveness of their work. You can increase your work output by increasing following factors: Time, Efficiency, Focus, Elimination of low-productivity tasks etc. If you improve all these factors by few percentage points every month, your overall output will soar to new heights within few months.
